Orzo
  • 2 CUPs orzo pasta
  • 8 CUPs chicken broth
  • 1/2 CUP white wine (dry)
  • 4 TBSP butter (dived)
  • 1/2 CUP grated parmesan
  • SALT, PEPPER
  • Toasted almonds
  • Fried sage

Orzo
  • Toast 1 CUP of orzo for 2 min in 2 TBSP butter
  • Toast second cup for 1 min (adding it in batches makes it prettyyy)
  • Add ~1TSP salt
  • Deglaze with white wine
  • Add in warmed broth bit by bit and keep stirring till cooked (~30 min)
  • Once done, add in 2TBSP of cubed cold butter to thicken and make creamy
  • Add to pretty bowl and top with toasted almonds and fried sage
